World Cup USA 94

Thanks to my cousin, I went to World Cup USA 94 at Rose Bowl, Los Angeles, California. Until 6/26/1994, I never watched and been to a major soccer game at the stadium. It's been always seeing the game in front of TV.  Also watching a soccer game has been very hard due to lack of interest in American. In the US, the popularity of Soccer (known as Football in the world) was not there in which Football, Baseball, and Basketball were dominant sports in America. Throughout the year, many channels show Football (starting fall until early February (Super Bowl)), Basketball (late fall until May/June depending on playoffs), and then Baseball (starts early spring until October). So you can't really watch a major soccer game at the stadium.

The weird thing is that kids in the US play lots of soccer games through AYSO and many other Youth Soccer organization but when they grow up and become a High Schooler or college, the interest of Soccer is not there anymore unlike other sports. In my opinion, many kids want to make lots of money as a professional athletics and successful, and they don't see a future in Soccer in the US unless they are superb so that they can play in Europe but most of them know their chances are slim and better off at other sports so....
